Cynthia West began the business endeavor that is now Cynthia Out West in 2004 at the prompting of sister and friend, Janis Mueller. Born and raised in Texas, Cynthia leapt faithfully to the Great Northwest to enjoy the gifts of nature that Montana and Wyoming hold. Our studio is located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana- walking distance to Yellowstone by Texas standards! Regular treks into Yellowstone, Teton and Glacier National Parks lend inspiration to original designs. Hiking, motorcycling, snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the mountains that surround Bozeman (and the incredible views from the studio!) fuel a constant stream of ideas. The river rock textures of the sterling silver used in some of our designs is hammered out on river rocks from the historical Yellowstone River. Our mission is to provide beautiful, quality jewelry and honor our craftsmanship. We provide repairs free of charge with the exception of shipping costs, for 1 year from purchase date.
